Terms of Service - The terms behind every order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment is confirmed and we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — in which case you’re refunded in full.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates for your address, and any applicable taxes or discounts are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We ship with the carrier and service you choose at checkout. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll work with you and the carrier to replace or refund it. You can follow any order on Track my order.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, and handmade or garment-dyed items vary slightly from piece to piece.

After your order is delivered we may invite you to review it. By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your honest experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the shop with the name you choose. We may decline to publish reviews that are offensive, off-topic or contain personal information.

The Animecandy name, logo, designs, photography and site content belong to Rising Commerce LLC. Buying a product doesn’t give you rights to reproduce its designs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
