Privacy Policy - Only what we need to get your order to you

• Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it for the carrier), the items you buy and any order notes.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the last details Stripe shares with merchants, never your full card number.
• Reviews: the rating, text and display name you choose to submit.
• On your device: your cart and a list of orders placed from this browser are kept in local storage so they survive a page reload. We don’t use advertising cookies.

• To process payment, buy shipping labels and deliver your order
• To email your order confirmation, shipping updates and one review request after delivery
• To handle returns, refunds and support questions
• To prevent fraud and keep accurate business records

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you sign up for it.

The shop may show short notifications like “Sam in Denver, CO bought the Grid Notebook”. These use only the first name and city from an order in the last 7 days — never last names, email addresses or street addresses.

Only the service providers needed to run the shop, each bound by their own privacy and security terms:

• Stripe — payments
• Shippo and the carrier you choose — shipping labels and delivery
• Postmark — transactional email
• Our hosting and database providers

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes (generally seven years). Review request links expire after 60 days.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights. Email support@anime-candy.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
